A compliment we often receive from high ranking lenders and investors is that our business plans are “by far, some of the best we have seen”. This is because we customize every business plan to your company’s situation and go into great detail building your revenue and expenses from the “ground up” on a per unit basis. We take into consideration many variables that affect your business, from seasonality, ramp up time and inflation to name a few.

We know that financing is tough and if you are going for an investor, only a small percentage of business plans get past the “gatekeeper” to get funded, mostly because of a poor business plan. We service clients all over the country on our business plans because of our reputation. 
About 75% of our business plans are done for new start-up companies, however about 25% of our plans are done for existing companies trying to get to the next level of revenues and profits. These companies are often adding new products and/or services or expanding into new space, often owned instead of leased.

Other services we provide to our clients are:

• Marketing Plans – Customized Marketing Plans for your business to focus on a detailed plan of action for your marketing program. This can either be incorporated into your Business Plan or done separate from your Business Plan. 
• Business Consultation (Start-up and on-going businesses). We will consult with you to walk you through the process of starting a new business to help you avoid the mistakes and oversights that many business owners have. We will also help you in your ongoing business to analyze profitability issues or operational issues to find out if you are bleeding from a vein “over here” or an artery “over there” and fix it if it is fixable.
• QuickBooks installation and training – We are part of Intuit’s Pro-Advisor program for QuickBooks. We want you to use your accounting software as a management tool to run your company, not just a data collector for your tax return or a billing machine (although these are important uses). We also want you to input our business plans into your accounting service’s budget module to better track your actual performance to your business plan.
• Part-Time CFO work, where we come “on-site” and fill the role of a Controller on a part-time basis. Our cost will be much less than hiring a person as an employee in this slot.
